1. Step 1: Open Settings
   Navigate to the main Settings app on your Android device.

   Scroll down and tap on 'About phone'. Look for an entry named 'Build number'. On some devices (like Xiaomi or Samsung), you may need to tap on 'Software information' first to find the Build number.

3. Step 3: Activate Developer Options
   Tap on 'Build number' seven (7) times in a row. You will see a small pop-up message saying "You are now X steps away from being a developer." After the 7th tap, it will say "You are now a developer!". You may be asked to enter your phone's PIN or password.
4. Step 4: Find Developer Options
   Go back to the main Settings screen. You will now find a new menu item called 'Developer options'. It's usually located under Settings > System, but can sometimes be found at the very bottom of the main settings list.
5. Step 5: Enable USB Debugging
   Tap on 'Developer options' to open it. Scroll down until you find the 'USB debugging' toggle and turn it on. A dialog box will appear asking you to confirm; tap 'OK'.
   Note: For phones like Xiaomi, you must also enable 'USB debugging (Security settings)'.

Profile Owner (No Root Required)

1. Important: This process requires temporarily removing all Google and phone manufacturer accounts from your device first. Please ensure you have backed up any important data associated with these accounts and that you know your passwords. You can log back into your accounts after App Froster has been successfully activated.

   Download Android SDK Platform-Tools
2. Step 2: place run.sh together with Android SDK Platform-Tools
   Execute run.sh

1. If you want to do it manually, connect your phone, open your terminal (e.g., PowerShell on Windows, Terminal on Mac) and run the following command:
   $ adb shell dpm set-profile-owner sia.eric.appfroster/.App
   This command grants App Froster the necessary Profile Owner permissions.

Shizuku (No Root / Root)

1. Step 1: Install Shizuku
   Download Shizuku from the Google Play Store or GitHub.
2. Step 2: Start Shizuku Service
   Open the Shizuku app and follow the instructions to start the service. You can use Wireless Debugging (Android 11+) or ADB if you are not rooted. If you are rooted, simply grant root access to Shizuku.
3. Step 3: Authorize App Froster
   Open App Froster. When the Shizuku permission dialog appears, tap "Allow always".

1. Step 1: Root Your Device
   Ensure your device is rooted with a reliable solution like Magisk.
2. Step 2: Grant Superuser Permission
   Upon first launch, App Froster will request Superuser permission. Grant it when prompted.

   It is crucial to enable all user and system apps before deactivating App Froster.
2. Step 2: Run ADB Command
   Connect your phone to your PC. Open your terminal (e.g., PowerShell on Windows, Terminal on Mac) and run the following command:
   $ adb shell dpm remove-active-admin sia.eric.appfroster/.App
   This command will remove App Froster's Profile Owner permission.
3. If the command fails
   If you encounter issues and the ADB command does not work, it might be due to a leftover work profile. In rare cases, you may need to factory reset your device to fully remove the profile owner if standard deactivation fails.permission
